Information We Collect
When you create a Tasker: Couple Planner account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). We also store the content you and your family add to the app — tasks, grocery lists, budget entries, wishlist items, and calendar dates — along with optional profile details like your age, sex, and avatar photo.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to provide the app's core function: keeping your family's tasks, lists, budget, and wishlist in sync across every member. If you enable notifications, we use your data to send you reminders about activity in the modules you chose. We may also use your email to reach you about your account.
How We Share Your Information
Content you add is visible only to the members of your own family group inside the app — never to other families, and never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us at manager@fractallc.com. Removing yourself or a member from a family does not delete that family's shared content — it stays with the family, only your personal account access is removed.
Children's Privacy
Tasker: Couple Planner is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Acceptance of Terms

Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Family Groups
Every family has one owner, who controls the invite code, approves or rejects requests to join, and can remove members. Once you join a family, you can see and manage the tasks, lists, budget, and wishlist shared within it.
Acceptable Use
Don't use the app for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.
Content Ownership
You own the content you create. By adding it to a shared family module, you're granting the other members of that family the ability to view and manage it as part of normal app use.
Service Availability
The app is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
